Classic Cursive Rod Pocket Tailored Valance

The Write Stuff: Semi-Sheer Tailored Valance With an Ornate Time-Honored Cursive Design

Back in the day, letter writing was truly an art form on to itself and our stylish crushed taffeta valance pays tribute to the prose that once defined this beloved pastime. Decorated with hand script snippets from old-time letters and postmarks from around the world, this lightweight, semi-sheer tailored valance with its crinkled texture adds a touch of old-world charm to your decor while allowing light to gently filter through. Use alone or pair with the matching tailored panels. Valance is sold individually.

• Tailored valances are made to fit across the curtain rod with little or no pleating for a cornice look. To create a cornice look, select a valance that is as close to the width of your window area as possible. For a fuller look, with pleats and gathers, select a valance that is 1-1/2 times to double the width of the window.
