Hot and Cold Therapy Knee and Elbow Herbal Wrap

Like our other therapeutic wraps, this one is also made of soft flannel (in our exclusive Black Watch print) and is filled with wheat kernels, flaxseed, and an aromatic blend of herbs, including lavender, chamomile, rosemary, spearmint, lemongrass, yarrow, cinnamon, white willow, valerian root, yellow dock, hops, and peppermint. Heat it in the microwave or chill it in the refrigerator or freezer to temporarily relieve pain and calm minor inflammation. In addition to relieving knee and elbow pain, it also works for other parts of the body, too.*
