Stainless Steel Box Grater

Love Mom’s Old Box Grater? This One Is Even Better

This grater may look like the grater your Mom used for years, but that’s where the similarity ends. This much-improved “upgrate” utilizes all four sides to accommodate a full range of grating and slicing needs and includes a nonslip silicone base/”catcher” that won’t scratch your countertop. There’s a fine side for citrus zest, garlic, Parmesan, and cinnamon; a coarse side for most cheeses and vegetables, an “ultra” side for soft cheese such as soft cheddar and Mozzarella, plus a slicer side for potatoes, cucumbers, and more salad-bound veggies. This easy-grip box grater even has a special slot to grate fresh ginger, separating those unruly and unwanted root fibers from the very start.
